The United Schools Insurance Program of Oregon (USIPO) is a property and liability insurance pooling program for Oregon School Districts.  A Board of Directors, elected by the USIPO membership, governs the program. The Board of Directors contracts with Canfield to carry out the day-to-day administrative, claims, and risk management services. 

Canfield works closely with the member's independent agent to ensure each member's needs are being met.  Due to recent developments regarding ORS 30.282(6), USIPO is no longer extending coverage to school districts.  However, USIPO will still be managing open claims for the program.
